Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and undamaged in any way.
     

Items Not Eligible for Returns

  • Personalised or customised items.

  • Digital downloads and e-books.

  • Products that are not in their original condition or are damaged due to customer misuse.
     

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us on info@lulularu.com with details about the item you wish to return and any order number.

  • We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on where to send the item.
     

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (eg wrong item received).
     

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
     

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, we will happily exchange it for you for the same item.  Please contact us on info@lulularu.com for assistance.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account and contact your bank.  If may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
